At BridgePoint Docs, we stand behind the quality of our work. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Cancellations Before Work Begins

 

If you cancel your order before our team has begun translation, you are entitled to a full refund. To cancel, contact us at info@bridgepointdocs.com as soon as possible with your order reference number.

 

After Work Has Begun

 

If translation work has already started, we are unable to offer a full refund. A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed, at our discretion.

 

After Delivery

 

Once your completed translation has been delivered, no refund will be issued unless there is a verified error on our part (see Corrections below).

 

Corrections

 

If your completed translation contains an error made by our translator, we will correct it at no additional charge. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the error.

Correction requests made after 7 days, or requests based on personal preference rather than translator error, may not qualify for free revision.

 

Add-On Services

 

Fees for add-on services such as notarization, apostille processing, and printed hard copies are non-refundable once those services have been initiated.

 

Rush and Emergency Orders

 

Rush and Emergency turnaround fees are non-refundable once your order has been accepted and work has begun, regardless of cancellation.

 

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Your full name

  • Order reference number

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

We aim to respond to all requests within 1–2 business days.
