Agreement

By submitting an order through BridgePoint Docs, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services Provided

BridgePoint Docs provides professional document translation services, including certified translations, notarization support, apostille assistance, and mobile notary services. Services are performed in good faith by qualified professionals.

Ordering and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before translation work begins.
Prices are quoted based on document type, language pair, and turnaround speed selected at the time of order.
Final pricing may vary based on document length and complexity. You will be notified of any price adjustments before work begins.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times begin after full payment is received and your documents have been reviewed by our team. Times are estimates and may vary based on document complexity, language pair, or volume. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

Standard: 5–7 business days
Rush: 2–3 business days
Emergency: 24 hours (subject to availability confirmation)

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing clear, legible copies of your documents
Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and complete
Notifying us promptly if your contact or delivery information changes

BridgePoint Docs is not responsible for delays or errors caused by illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate documents submitted by the client.

Acceptance of Translations

If you believe your completed translation contains an error, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and correct any translator errors at no additional charge. Requests for changes based on client preference rather than translator error may incur an additional fee.

Intellectual Property

All translations produced by BridgePoint Docs are the property of the client upon full payment. BridgePoint Docs retains no rights to your translated documents.

Limitation of Liability

BridgePoint Docs is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. While our translations are prepared by qualified professionals and accepted by government agencies including USCIS, we cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific agency or institution. BridgePoint Docs is not liable for decisions made by third parties based on our translations.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
